The majority of our courses will consider applicants with an overall grade of 9.0 - 9.5 from the Diplome e Matures Shteterore.

We also accept a number of international qualifications, including the International Baccalaureate with the majority of our courses requiring a grade between 29 - 32 , or the SAT with the majority of our courses requiring a minimum of 1100 out of 1600 with 550 in each test.

The Nordic Society at Essex is a fun and social society who brings together Nordic students and those who are interested in Nordic culture.

They aim to promote Nordic culture through different types of socials, trips and other events. While most of the events relate to the Nordic countries, which are Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden, they also have joint events, of all types, with both other societies and sports clubs.

They offer a great variety of activities, such as nights out, BBQs, an introduction to Russian national food, sports evenings, Russian movie evenings, and much more. Additionally, they host Russian language classes for all students at Essex who are interested.
